Inbound lost connection

Hi,

On 11.5.10.2, DB 11.2.0.4, on AIX

How administrator can detect problems in receiving Acknowledged Notifications before users call him?

Or how to know if inbound connection is interrupted?

 Should monitor the log? Which log: FNDCPGSC28475nnn.txt??

If yes , what should we grep in this log?
