PUM Update - best practice to identify configuration changes
Hi everyone, looking to see if others have some practices or advice that may help us.
We are very behind on our HCM PUM updates and are about to undergo an update from image 21 to image 37. We are upgrading from PeopleTools 8.55 to 8.58 at the same time.
We would previously perform various data validations when we completed an application upgrade and are now considering what data validations we need to complete for the PUM application. Our particular concern is around delivered changes to configuration or set up tables and how we would identify these.
In the change package, there are 1100 dms files with almost 9000 export statements. We can't realistically manually review all of these export statements to see which tables we use and what the impact would be.
