Hi

Can EBS Receivable Invoices be emailed to customers (from Receivables or Advanced Collections)?

We know there is some functionality in Advanced Collections dunning to send copies of Receivables invoices to Customers for the delinquent invoices.

Is there general functionality in EBS Receivables or Advanced Collections (or somewhere else?) to email Receivable invoices (including invoices that are not delinquent) to customers?

Asking for an EBS customer that is on 12.2.4.
