Printing Rich Text Formatted field value using SQR to PDF report

This may be something that can be answered quickly, but I have an issue where we have a Long Edit box with Rich Text Formatting turned on. Users enter notes in the field and format the text which would show up when clicking the source button: <p><strong>This is a test </strong>to see if RTF is used.&nbsp; <em>Print using SQR report <strong>to show different font changes <span style="background-color:#f1c40f;">correctly</span>.</strong></em></p>

In the Rich Text Format long edit field, everything looks like they want it. When running an SQR Report that pulls the value in the field it prints all the tags as if it does not recognize the HTML tagging in the PDF file. I notice in the parameters log file that it uses -PRINTER;PD. I have tried to use CODE-PRINTER=HTML in the SQR but it messes up the rest of the PDF report and still presents the field value notes with all the tags.
