Critical Patch Update release status

Am I hearing correctly that there are still patches that have not been released? What is the schedule for the entire January CPU for PeopleSoft applications? If I receive bad information, I apologize for the mistake. Please help me understand better what was released, when, and how it should be downloaded and applied. I'm not the technical resource for my client, just the analyst who is responsible for testing the application.
