Threshold notifications/Configure thresholds

Hi,

I'm wondering to find out what triggers Notification options (email, push, both, none) to appear in the Notification section (grid) in the Configure Threshold page /Step 4 of pivot Grid. We are in 9.2 image 34 and we see only Criteria option but not Notification option. I do see it in DEMO 34 but I don't see it in DEMO 38 (latest one). Below are 2 screenshots:

Do I need to check something somewhere in order for the Notification option to display?
