Application tab under Manage is blank in OIM Identity Console 12.2.1.4

We have fresh install of OIG 12.2.1.4 and trying to "create" Flat File Connector (AOB). But when I click on Applications tab under Manage it is blank. Please take a look at the attached screen print(FF_Connector).

I am also attaching what we think it should look like(sample.png
