How to create Dependent List of values($INTERFACE$) in oracle apps 11.5.10

I am creating a custom webadi in oracle apps 11.5.10. I created a content and layout. I want to create dependent List of values( like $INTERFACE$ in R12) in 11i. Please send steps to create dependent list of values in oracle apps 11.5.10
