synchronize telephone number from Oracle EBS to OID

Hi,


We have integrated OAM, OAAM with External EBS instance "DMZ" to enable I-supplier login using OTP "MFA"


after the supplier register through Supplier registration page and approved in EBS, the user is created in OID and received confirmation E-mail


the problem is when he is trying to login he didn't received an SMS OTP


when checked the user in ODSM, I found that the created user doesn't have mobile number (which he entered at registration phase)

anyway I updated it manually then he start receiving the OTP (but doing it manually is not practical)

We also tried another couple of users, also the mobile number didn't provisioned
