Xenvironment did not complete store close when operating system (machine) is locked

in Retail Merchandising System (MOSC) Question


Would like to know, if machine is locked, can Xenvironment continue running background store close atoms? Currently Xenvironment is not completing store close for version 17.0.3


Is there any configuration (Windows/Xenvironment) change for Xenvironment to run even if machine is locked?
