Hi,

Please indicate what configuration is needed in order for the Configuration channels (eMail, Push, Both, Text, None) to appear in the Configure Thresholds page next to the Criteria drop-down. Please refer to the screenshot below (we are in 9.2 Pum 34/PeopleTools 8.58):
