Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Dunning Letter Transactions details are null

Hi Team,

I had issue in our current Oracle R12.13 instance.

1) The transansactions details are not populated in the dunning letter

The IEX: Send Dunnings for Delinquent Customers concurrent program output shows 1 record exists for that customer.

Can you guide me to resolve this issue.
