How to identify Field/Record with Audit turned on

How does one find all fields that have some sort of Audit turned on? I have found the PSRECFIELDDB record and believe that the USEEDIT field contains this information. The problem is converting this field to find the bit values of 8/128/1024. Has anyone found a way to identify all fields & records with Audit turned on? We are on oracle database?.
