Error while trying to approve self service admin user for DCS setup

in Identity Management (MOSC) Answered

Hello All,

When I am trying to approve the admin user request from Registration Request within OEC I am getting below error when click on Approve action

"SVC-5295588: The Customer Self-Service groups aren't in Oracle Identity Cloud Service. To add them, run the User Import job or create them in Oracle Identity Cloud Service.".


I have created the user as mentioned in mandatory setup doc

under topic

"Create a Self-Service User Account for the Developer Through REST API".


Can anyone please let me know which step I am missing or how to create user and group or sync them in Oracle Identity Cloud.
