Migrating managed content
We are upgrading from PeopleTools 8.56 to 8.58 and at the same time implementing unified navigation, turning the interaction hub from classic to fluid, and redesigning the interaction hub
Our approach to the interaction hub is to re-build it from scratch.
We have several collaborative worspaces and other managed content in the old interaction hub. We need an automated way to migrate the managed content, including the documents which are part of the workspaces. Most of the documents are on an ftp server, but some are in database tables. (We use SQL Server as our database.)
How can we automatically migrate the managed content from the old interaction hub to the new one? It appears that there is no delivered tool to achieve this task. (We opened a support ticket and we were advised to ask this question in the support community.) We would appreciate any ideas or suggestions.
