Has anyone had to create electronic payments in CCD+ file format?

We are using JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2. It appears JDE doesn't have the function to create an electronice payment file in CCD+ format. Has anyone out there had any experience in creating customized coding to create a CCD+ formatted file?
