Are Bar Chart Angled Labels Supported in PT 8.58?

Hi guys.

I'm on PT 8.58.02. I'm building bar charts into my page via App Designer and am not using the portal chart builder feature. I'd like to set my bar chart lower labels to an angle to allow for more room in my display area as some of my labels are longer.

I've been looking through the PeopleBooks CHART API details but have not found anything yet.

Is this possible?
