PeopleSoft Bi Publisher PDF Template Issue

Hi Everyone,

It has been a while since I made a pdf for Bi Publisher Report Definition of PDF template.

I followed instructions based on PeopleBooks, but I couldn't make it work:

1. Files must be Adobe Acrobat 5.0-compatible.

2. If you are using a later version of Adobe Acrobat, select File (or Document — depending on the version of Adobe) > Reduce File Size and select the Acrobat 5.0 and later value in the Make Compatible with: option. 

After uploading an Acrobat 5.0 or later pdf template, I am unable view it by "Preview" Button on Template Tab of a Report Definition. Older templates work fine when I click on Preview, but anything new I export/save with Acrobat Pro Optimizer with "Acrobat 5.0 or later" compatibility option, it doesn't work. I have noticed that if I cannot preview a template, then running a process to generate a letter/form based on that definition doesn't work either.
