Is Visual Cobol License get transferred , when you upgrade to New PeopleTools Release?

Hi Friends,

We are planning to upgrade our PeopleTools from 8.57 to 8.58 for our Application Financials/SCM 9.1.

We have Visual Cobol licensed for the our application;

So my question is, when we upgrade our PeopleTools, is the existing license for 'Visual Cobol' gets transferred to new PeopleTools or do we have to renew it/pay it again?
