Test component Interface - Missing or invalid version of SQL library PSORA64

I have created a component Interface using the EXCELTOCI.xlsx file. I'm having trouble with one of them and would like to use the testing tool in App Designer. Every time i try to start it a get the 'Missing or invalid version of SQL library PSORA64' message and the about 125 'SQL library not initialized' messages. These appear as separate versions of App Designer on the taskbar. I have checked the Path and the 64 bit oracle client is there. I get into app Designer with out and issue.
