Adding a Fluid landing page to a Navigation Collection

Hello, Community!

We are transitioning from Classic Delegation functionality to Fluid in HCM. We are on 9.2, Tools 8.58.07. Users have the security to add the Delegation Tile to their Home pages, which is usually strictly a function of Managers, unless the responsibility is delegated to a non-manager.

The navigation collection we have presently has the first link to the Classic Delegation page. However, now that we are moving to Fluid Delegation, which is a tile that leads to another collection of tiles, how do we fit this into the Nav collection. Simply adding the menu link from Enterprise Components - Delegation - Delegations doesn't produce a left hand nav item.
