LDAP error - Operatorid does not match

in PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC) 2 comments

We are on Peopletools 8.57.06, HCM 9.2.

Two users were not able to login to PeopleSoft using an emailed url with the following error message:

KARLYLEM@bhda-p02.xx.xxxxxxxxxx.org is an Invalid User ID, or you typed the wrong password. User ID and Password are required and case-sensitive. Make sure you're typing in the correct upper and lower case.  


In the case above the userid is not what is shown. The userid in the security table would be KARLYLEM.

Other users are able to login without an issue using LDAP.

The @bhda-p02.xx.xxxxxxx.org is the machine name with the domain name attached to the userid. The second userid with the same issue had a similar userid.
