Why nave we only just started to receive the AD bridge notification?

in Identity Management (MOSC) Question

We have been live with Oracle ERP Cloud for over a month and have just started to receive an email notification - The AD bridge has succeeded for the AD domain.

SSO is managed via an on premise Active Directory (AD) to an AD bridge the to the Oracle IDCS.

Current version of Oracle Cloud is 20D. We are due to take 21A this evening.

Does anyone know where this event/notification setting is configured. And why the notifications would only just start to come through?
