COBOL Program PAPPPYMT ERROR

Hi everyone,

While I am troubleshooting an issue that I have run into, I thought I ask it here in case someone has a faster way of troubleshooting the following issue. This happened after applying the recent HCM image:

SQL Update Error-  .  . RA2410-INSERT-RECORD Payee is xxxxx
 2021-03-05-07.32.42.570000 SEVERE ERROR IN PGM:(16005,27771) PI(1104197) Program(PAPPEXPT)  
Application Program Failed
 Action Type     : SQL FETCH 
 In Pgm Section  : SQLRT: DA000-FETCH                                  
 With Return Code: 01002 
 Error Message   : ORA-01002: fetch out of sequence
