Can Collections screens show activity for multiple Customer Accounts?
Hi - I have a client with customers that have multiple accounts and also possibly multiple bill to's .
Not sure yet if we are going to configure Advanced collections to take place at a Customer, Bill to or Account level. Most likely we will choose either the Customer or the Account level.
So a couple of Advanced Collections questions re that:
- Can Collections screens show activity for multiple Accounts?
Can the following collections tabs / screens, Profile, History, Aging, and Transactions, show activity for more than one account or for all accounts for a customer or do they show activity for one account at a time? Appears that the Accounts tab / screen would show all accounts for a customer.
