PT 8.58 - nVision Web DrillDown using VSTO tool

Hi,

We are in the middle 9.2 FSCM image 35 upgrade with PT 8.58. We wanted to use nVision Drill down using the VSTO tool. We have installed nVisionDrillsetup and VSTO tool on the client machine. However when we try to drilldown on the nVisionDrill, it asks for the user ID / password but there is no Drilldown options listed to click (As seen on the screen shot below). Appreciate if you could provide what might be causing this issue
