i have Oracle GI 19c with database 19.3 with 2 nodes database. we are planning to have our DR site on OCI(standby by database). as per my understanding , on the OCI to create DR site for the on premise database, we have to create a database and then drop the DB instance and create it from RMAN backup from the on-premise DB.

my concern is the following:

by default DB on OCI is created with TDE option enabled, while my on premise DB does not have it enabled and cannot be enable as it might affect performance "even 1% is not acceptable" ( my DB is very high transactional ONLINE database working 24/7)
