Select query resulting Zero rows

Hi Team,
SELECT query not resulting expected rows, instead it resulting ZERO rows. If i export and import the tables which are part of the query with <Orignal_Table_Name>_BKP and if ran the query against *_BKP tables...resulting the expected rows.
same query if we ran in R&D systems, getting expected results
Please advise me on this..
Oracle Version : 19c
Environment : Suse Linux 12 SP2
