Clean up of PS Drop Zones

We currently have a couple of drop zone subpage configurations that won't disappear from a couple of our Fluid pages even though the subpages were deleted from the drop zone. Has anyone cleaned manually cleaned up the drop zone configuration from the tables that the Configure Drop Zone writes to? Sysaudit only checks one of the tables that the Configure Drop Zone uses.

The Configure Drop Zone is pretty complex since it uses related content for it's mapping. The trace shows quite a few tables that it is deleting/inserting/updating from. Since it uses related content, I don't want to delete more than I should and I don't want to leave orphan data in the tables.
