BatchSize change for specific event/code

While OIM considers OIM.ReconBatchSize as system property to set batch size during multiple OIM processes including recon. is it possible to modify this batch size for single recon scheduler/java code.

Example if Recon event processing is written to reconcile data from HR1, HR2 and HR3 HR sources is it possible to set batch size only for HR3 using code and other can keep on following OIM.ReconBatchSize.
