Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Upgrading from 12.2.1.3 To 12.2.1.4

Hi

We are currently running infrastructure OID/OAM/OHS 12.2.1.3 colocated with jdk1.8.xxx.

We are going forward to weblogic infrastructure 12.2.1.4 for OID/OAM/OHS.

We wants to know which one is be Beat strategy-> Fresh Install Or Upgrade on top of 12.2.1.3?

Please also provide links to follow for which ever is best?
