How should I go about troubleshooting a browser performance issue?
We are attempting to troubleshoot a browser issue that is affecting our ability to save data at times. We are using PeopleSoft Ping to determine which part of the process is getting hung up and it is saying that the browser has the biggest hang up.
Have any of you done any troubleshooting of browser issues and do you have any advice or resources to recommend for resolving this?
I did some research online and there seemed to be a consensus that Chrome and Firefox are the fastest browsers and my customer is using Chrome, so it should be fast, but it still shows slowness in the Ping results.
