PeopleTools 8.57.17 nVision 3-tier startup issue getting "Excel interface exception" error (SOLVED)

I have been troubleshooting issues for a bit now in our Financials 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.57.17 PeopleSoft environment with the client version of nVision using a 3-tier Application Server connection and I wanted to share the workaround I found online that seems to have solved the issue for us. The nVision application will start to open using a 3-tier connection but while it is loading the Nvsuser.xlsm macro enabled worksheet for nVision it was getting an "Excel interface exception" error and then forcing any Excel windows it opened to crash.
