OIM PSFT ER Connector question

Hi guys,

Has anybody used this connector and had issues with DTA action code coming from HCM? Per connector architecture each Action is associated with a resulting status. So by default DTA is set to Disabled, hence if there is an Data Change (like change of supervisor user) this causes user deactivation in OIM.

I tried removing this action code from the lookup, which results in no "status" field in a recon event, which activate a user, so our disabled users would be reactivated if anything is changed (DTA) for them in HCM. Not a solution either.

I would appreciate if you can share your approach to solving this annoying issue.
