BI_XMLPBURST Process Fails at Step BI_XMLPBURST.PrcFiles.AttImage for some contacts and not all

in Financial Management - PSFT (MOSC) 1 comment

The process is working well for some contacts but for some its erroring out. When i am looking at contacts they looks the same. I have setup contact information same for both with documentation setting as INVC and Email as attachment. Please suggest what could be the reason for the failure.
