Can we use Retroactive Pricing for Standard PO

Is it possible to use Retroactive Pricing for Standard POs?

I see that the functionality is limited to Blanket Releases that reference a Blanket agreement and Standard Purchase Orders that reference a Global Blanket Agreement.

But I would like to know if Retroactive Price adjustment will work with Standard Purchase Orders
