Issue in Calling FND_REQUEST.SUBMIT_REQUEST PLSQL API as a ISG REST webservice

Hi,

I have exposed FND_REQUEST.SUBMIT_REQUEST PLSQL API as a REST webservice using ISG in R12.2.6 Vision Instance. I am able to call "Interface Trip Stop - SRS" program through passing below payload in Postman but the request is going into error because it is taking NULL as rest arguments value. My question is how I can inform REST service call that it should take only passed parameters value and do not pass rest parameters value.

Your help will be appreciated !
