OIM Purge and Archival Command Line Utility is not working proper

in Identity Management (MOSC)

We followed the below link to run the OIM Purge and Archival Command Line Utility,

its just archiving the few records like 5000 records after that its not archving and purging the data. Even we checked in the log files also nothing much information in that(Attached with SR).


Steps which we followed:


1. run ./oim_recon_archival.sh

2. Enter Oracle DB home directory path

3. Enter Oracle Identity Manager database user name and password

4. Enter date in YYYYMMDD format e.g: 20201230

5. Enter “3” for reconciliation event status

6. Enter “1” for online

7. Leave blank batch size and Press Enter, default is “5000”
