Priority between OCI IPSec VPN and Fast connect VPN

in Database Administration (MOSC)

Hi, 

I have a DRG configured with two VPNs: one it is an IP Sec VPN and the another is a Fast Connect. 

I have correctly configured the routing table in order to redirect traffic from my VCN to this DRG. 

Is it possible to make the VPN IP sec as the primary DRG choice? In this moment (as I read in the link https://docs.oracle.com/en-us/iaas/Content/Network/Concepts/routingonprem.htm) I have the Fast Connect as primary one.
