Journal ID is not updated in SF after posting journal to GL

We are using Peoplesoft SF and GL modules. We have setup integration to move data from SF to GL.

We have followed the steps mentioned in the document. Journal ID is not updated in the SF after posting entries to GL. Process is showing Status "New".
