PeopleTools and PUM Image Update

Dear Concerns,

I have downloaded the PT 8.58.10 and PUM Image 20 patches for windows. But I need guidance that how can I update both.

Shall I proceed with the Fresh OS Installation then Install PT, Database, App Server, Process Scheduler, Web Logic then update the PUM Image and replicate the data from Production Instance to Updated Instance? Or I need to start on a test instance where all the things are already installed.

Kindly someone guide me on this. Or connect me to the person or institute who gives training for the same.
