I'm trying to create a flat file with file name like that htsXXXXin.1 File , per the layout at page 388 https://docs.oracle.com/cd/F31241_01/docs/rms-og1.pdf oracle recommendation. However, it is hard to me be able create Flat file in first time. Do you guys can be share me the sample file for HTSxxxin.1 !!! Many thanks
