How to migrate a 19c RAC database to another data center using Data Guard ?

I've found some pretty good documents on how to do this, the problem is that they are all outdated.

I find this one to be the best out there, but I'm not sure that this also applies to 19c databases using the Multitenant Architecture.

Can anyone give me an advice on this topic ?
