PSJobs are stuck in queued status after upgrade

After upgrading to 8.57.18 tools, our PSJobs are stuck in queued status. I can run individual process / reports but not the psjob / schedules.  


Any idea on what is happening


We are moving from 8.56.05 to 8.57.18 tools ... FSCM 9.2 on AIX 7.2
