Unable to customize the PeopleTools 8.58.10 Native OS installation.

I am trying to install the PeopleTools 8.58.10 Native OS installation on Redhat linux server. My company have customize directory of PS_HOME, WEBLOGIC_HOME, JAVA_HOME and TUXEDO_HOME. For example, /psoft/pt85810, /psoft/java, /psoft/tuxedo and so on. I read somewhere that we can define the path in hiera.yaml but when I open this file, I only see below lines. Please help me in this regards
