Workflow updated not working

Hi,

I changed my OEOL workflow to change the frequency ( from 5 mins to 1 day ) in the INVOICE_INTERFACE_ELIGIBLE function for my deferred and regular line, If I open the workflow from the database I can see the change was applied, but if I check the workflow history in an "awaiting invoice interface on hold" line I can see that it's still generating a record every 5 mins, not sure why the change didn't affect the line of the order line, I bounced the server, but not sure if I need to restart something or clear any cache somewhere,
