Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I've installed ps_home using the dpks (1-4) for version 8.58.09. Now, there is a new release 8.58.11. How do Update ps_home on the windows?

I did extract the dpk' to dpk_install_11 dir.

I did run the setupPTClinent.bat to deploy the CA and Oracle Clinet
