Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Network shared tnsname.ora

Installed PT 8.58.10 onto a windows server:

1) the format of the entry in the locally created tnsnames.ora file won't connect to the DB

2) adding the configuration we have in our network shared tns file to the local file works

3) trying to use the network shared tns file doesn't work to start the scheduler domain. It does work with tnsping and sqlplus

Why can't PT use the network shared tns file?
