Getting error when invoking PTF for playback from a tool

Hi,

I am getting a error "Fatal Error trying synchronization, there is not possible to access to the hooked browser" when trying to playback the recorded test case from a DevOps tool. I am able to execute the test case successfully from command prompt. I have gone thru the Doc ID 2085613.1. But the issue persists. I had raised a SR with Oracle. But as per them, its not a product bug.

Can anybody help?
