Refresh AR Transactions Summary Tables and Submit Business Events for Refresh

Hi,

When submitting Refresh AR Transactions Summary Tables program, it calls program Submit Business Events for Refresh program. I checked in workflow guide chapter 8 and not clear on why latter program is submitted by the system.

Could you help in understanding Submit Business Events for Refresh program.
